Those are anti-virus scanners that detect mining software. Because mining software is one way that malware can monetize itself, it is rightly detected by AV scanners. While you can’t mine KAWPOW with this version, there is still mining algos for regtest (used for local testing by mining your own blocks) — different from testnet, but the same idea.
